Qué es

A short, structured way for students to turn what they have learned — in an academy, a course or a workshop — into a concrete plan for a more inclusive campus. Working from real evidence and their own experience, small groups name a challenge, pick one change they can champion, and set out who, what and how.

It is deliberately small: one winnable change beats a long wish-list, and it connects learning to the audit and the living lab so ideas get taken further.

Cuándo usarla

  • People have just learned something and you want it to lead to action, not fade.
  • You want small, ownable commitments rather than a long wish-list.
  • You want to bridge an academy or course with your living lab or audit.

1 Prepara

  • Invite the people who took part in the academy, course or workshop (small groups work best).
  • Allow 1–1.5 hours. Bring the canvas and any evidence from your audit.
  • Remind everyone the aim is one winnable change, not a long list.
  • Agree a facilitator and someone to collect the plans.

2 Dirige la sesión

  1. 10 minTake stock — what did we learn, and what does the evidence show?
  2. 15 minChoose — each group picks one specific change to champion.
  3. 20 minPlan — fill the canvas: owner, who to involve, first step, what you need.
  4. 10 minConnect — link each plan to the living lab and the audit.
  5. 5 minShare — each group presents its one change.

3 Después

  • Collect the plans and share them with the group.
  • Feed the ideas into your living lab to be researched and developed.
  • Check in on the first steps after a few weeks.
  • Invite feedback to improve the next session.

4 En formato virtual

  • Give each group a canvas frame on a shared board and a breakout room.
  • Bring groups back together to present their one change.
  • Use a shared document to collect the plans.
  • Prefer privacy-respecting tools, and keep the board for follow-up.
